To provide a storage bag with a fastener of a circulation type cooling system using an air mat with circuit arrangement, which solves problems of putrefaction and odors, since the body of the deceased is conventionally preserved by using ice or dry ice but the problems are not solved at all.
(1) A ground fabric 3, a vinyl-like air mat material, and a nonwoven fabric 7 are piled up and a circuit arrangement plan is welded by a high frequency heat ray. Active carbon 2 is attached to the nonwoven fabric 7 of the air mat 1 with the circuit arrangement plan formed by performing welding. Then, a fixing band 15 with a fastening tool 14 is attached. (2) To the air mat 1 with the circuit arrangement plan, an inlet nozzle 9 for putting cold air 6 in and an outlet nozzle 8 for discharging it are attached. (3) Then, an aluminum vapor deposited fabric 5 is attached to the outer surface of the ground fabric 3. A fastener material 4 is held between the outer peripheries of the ground fabric 3 and the aluminum vapor deposited fabric 5 and is sewn or welded. A slider 13 is attached to the fastener material 4. (4) Further, the inlet nozzle 9 and the outlet nozzle 8 are connected by the piping 12 of a cold air blower 10.
