A storage bag 100 with an IC tag according to the invention includes: a bag body having a double structure composed of an inner bag 4 and an outer bag 3; and an IC tag 5 attached to the bag body. A bottom part 3c of the outer bag 3 is provided so as to be separated from a bottom part 4c of the inner bag 4. The IC tag 5 is attached to a portion of the bottom part 3c of the outer bag 3 which is a non-facing surface that does not face the bottom part 4c of the inner bag 4.
