Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transport smoothly materials to be carried as well as to prevent excessive noise and environmental pollution by installing a swivel base for pivotal movement so as to revolve the swivel base by means of a steering mechanism whereby changing the direction of vehicle body. CONSTITUTION:Each swivel base 2a and 2b is provided horizontally underneath a base frame 1 for pivotal movement wherein each swivel base 2a and 2b is provided with each wheel axle 3a and 3b. And each motor 5a and 5b is arranged underneath each swivel base 2a and 2b wherein a storage battery 8 is provided so as to feed electric current to each motor 5a and 5b. Furthermore, each handle 9 and 10 is pivotally secured to both a front and a rear section whereby each swivel base 2a and 2b is revolved by way of a steering mechanism 20 for changing the direction of a vehicle body, and for applying the brake by way of a brake system 35. And a control device 13 which drivingly controls each motor 5a and 5b, is installed at the rear end of a handle 9.
