The storage body stores the radical polymerizable composition, and has a laminate structure of three layers or more composed of a thermoplastic resin continuous layer and a discontinuous layer in which the discontinuous layer does not contact with the radical polymerizable composition. The discontinuous layer is desirably a mesh shape of 4-700 mesh (a piece/inch), a wire diameter of 30-1,000 μm and a sieve opening of 1-5,000 μm.
