Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box device in a pattern box for suction-filling which minimizes the dimension thereof to clamp the pattern box with suitable pressurizing force with a simple mechanism, at the time of filling molding sand into a cavity in the pattern box by sucking to reduce the pressure.
SOLUTION: A molding sand supplying hole is bored on a top part and also, air introducing holes 8, 8 passed through the outer air are arranged on both side surfaces at the right and the left sides of the box 7 opening the lower end part. At the front parts corresponding to the air introducing holes 8, 8 of the box 7, partitioned receiving pressure plates 9, 9 which can push out in the inside direction with the differential pressure between the inside air pressure and the outer air pressure, are disposed. Pressurizing plates 12, 12 are fitted to the front surfaces of the partitioned receiving pressure plates 9, 9 through push-out bars 11, 11.
