To set a storage cabinet on a ceiling part without making a user feel compressed or without deteriorating lighting in a living room area.
A guide 11 extending in the vertical direction is attached to the lower surface of the ceiling part 5 on the living room side of a balcony part 2 in a condominium, and the storage cabinet 10 is attached to the guide 11 in such a way as it can be moved up/down. A lock means is disposed between the guide 11 and the storage cabinet 10 for fixing the storage cabinet 10 at a prescribed height position from the ceiling part not to be movable in the vertical direction. As the storage cabinet 10 is attached to be moved up/down, utilizing the dead space on the living room side of the ceiling part 5, the user can store or take out articles in the storage cabinet 10 in an easy posture from the interior of the room by lowering the storage cabinet 10 when necessary. The storage cabinet 10 can be fixed when it is completely raised or when it is completely lowered in the range of movement by the guide 11. As the door of the storage cabinet 10 is opened and the inside is open in the completely lowered state, the storage cabinet is stable and easily used in storing/taking out articles in the storage cabinet 10.
