To provide a storage case with legs, which can store devices such as a projector or a personal computer in a case body and a cover body, and which can be used as a table for the devices.

The storage case with legs is structured so that the case body 1 and the cover body 2 can be opened and closed each of which has a space for storing the devices or the like, and that the freely foldable legs 5 are provided in the inner corners 1C, 2C of the case body 1 and the cover body 2 respectively. The folded legs are hidden from the outside when the case body 1 and the cover body 2 are closed. When the case body 1 and the cover body 2 are opened, feet 3 come into contact with the side edges 1A, 2A on the opposite sides, horizontally holding the case body 1 and the cover body 2 to be used as a table for the devices. Since the legs 5 are extendable and contractible stepwise, the height and tilt of the table for the devices are adjustable.
