Abstract:
To charge a power storage cell while suppressing heat generation of a current-application component and a power storage cell.SOLUTION: A control device 120 of a power storage cell 62 calculates SOC or residual capacity of the power storage cell 62 by a current integration method to determine a command value of a charging voltage of the power storage cell based on the SOC or the residual capacity determined by using the current integration method. According to this configuration, a charging voltage Vc and a charging current Ic can be precisely controlled according to the SOC or the residual capacity of the power storage cell 62, in comparison to when the charging voltage Vc is set to a fixed value. Thus, the power storage cell 62 can be charged while suppressing heat generation of a current-application component and the power storage cell 62 by Joule heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
