PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage container which allows an appropriate taking-in and taking-out to/from a storage space, while improving a storage efficiency in the storage space.SOLUTION: A storage container 4 incudes a box-like body 10 forming a storage space S for a subject to be worshiped 2, and a holding part 20 provided on a wall part 11a, which is one of a plurality of side walls 11, the holding part 20 detachably holding a plate-like part 3 on which information related to the subject to be worshipped 2 is written. The holding part 20 includes a first part 21 holding both ends of the plate-like part 3 in a first horizontal direction H1, and a second part 22 that supports the plate-like part 3 from the bottom side thereof. The second part 22 includes a supporting part 22a extending from an outer surface 19 of the wall part 11a in a second horizontal direction H2 and supporting a bottom surface of the plate-like part 3 from the bottom side thereof, and a projecting part 22b that projects downwardly from the supporting part 22a so as to form a gap G between the wall part 11a and the outer surface 19.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
