To use an inner lid as a separate body to allow a wet sheet to be extracted from a storage container.
On a pack P, an inner lid 4 in a plate shape is placed, and a sheet locking means comprised of a cut-in part 4a is provided at a center part of the inner lid 4. When the wet sheet S is used, the wet sheet S is picked up with a finger F and extracted one by one from the pack P incorporated in the container body 1 via the cut-in part 4a of the inner lid 4. By extraction of a wet sheet S of the uppermost layer, a wet sheet S of the next layer is extracted and is locked with the cut-in part 4a, and thus for the next extraction, the locked wet sheet S is only picked up and extracted. If extraction of the wet sheet S is finished, the inner lid 4 falls on the pack P by its own weight while the wet sheet S is locked in the cut-in part 4a, and thus the wet sheet S in the middle of extraction of the uppermost layer is pushed and collapsed between the inner lid 4 and the pack P, preventing the wet sheet S from being dried.
