To provide a storage container whose drawer can be easily locked and unlocked.
The storage container is provided with the drawer 6 for storing objects to be stored, a support part 7 for slidably supporting the drawer 6, and a lock mechanism 11 for locking the drawer 6 in the support part 7. The lock mechanism 11 comprises a movable handle part 13 supported so as to be rotated around a rotation axis L, a projection part 28 provided integrally with the movable handle part 13 and projected to the lower part of the movable handle part 13 to be rotated together with the movable handle part 13 around the rotation axis L when the movable handle part 13 is rotated around the rotation axis L, an energizing member 27 provided integrally with the movable handle part 13 for energizing the movable handle part 13 in the direction of rotating it to the lower part around the rotation axis L, and a part to be fitted provided on the support part 7 for fitting the projection part 28.
