Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storable and unfoldable framed structured that forms a planar framed structure from a rodlike folded state. SOLUTION: Ends of a plurality of outer frame members 11 to 16 are coupled zigzag to adjacent outer frame members 11 to 16 via hinges 21 to 25. A unfolding shaft is arranged. Support members are arranged respectively between the unfolding shaft and the plurality of hinges 21 to 25 located near to the unfolding shaft. One end of each of the support members 31 to 34 is angularly variably mounted on the unfolding shaft, and the other end of each of the support members 31 to 34 is angularly variably mounted on the related hinge. Wires 51 to 53 are arranged respectively between the unfolding shaft and the plurality of hinges located far from the unfolding shaft. An unfolding control mechanism tensions the wires 51 to 53 from the unfolding shaft to adjust the distance between the unfolding shaft and the plurality of hinges 21 to 25 located far from the unfolding shaft.
