Abstract:
To provide a storage device in which probability that normal data is read becomes increased.SOLUTION: A storage device according to the embodiment includes: a non-volatile memory; a sensor that measures temperature; and a controller that controls the non-volatile memory according to the temperature measured by the sensor. The controller selects a write method based on the temperature measured by the sensor when writing the data for the non-volatile memory, generates management data including the write method for the data, writes the data to the non-volatile memory by the write method, acquires the write method for the data from the management data when reading the data, and reads the data from the non-volatile memory by the write method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
