An X-Mobile Card (card) 240, being a storage that can be connected to a terminal 100, comprises the storage section of the license information (1128); the storage section of card information (1148); a data processing section for transmitting the card information to the terminal 100; a data processing section for retrieving the summary of the license information; the storage section of log information (1168) of prescribed processing processed by the card 240; a data processing section for transmitting the log information to the terminal 100; the storage section of status information (1188) related to the processing state of the card 240; a data processing section for transmitting the processing state of the card 240 to the terminal 100; and the like.
