Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply form a gas having a desired concentration ratio in supplying a gas in a tank to storage houses by changing a gas forming cycle time in adsorption tanks according to a gas concentration ratio made by a gas concentration setting means.
CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen gas separated and formed by adsorption tanks 21 and 22 is accumulated in a tank 33 and a product gas is fed from the tank to storage houses 2A to 2C. A gas forming cycle time in the adsorption tank is changed according to a gas concentration ratio made by the storage houses.
