To confirm at a glance that a storage is powered on, the storage comprising a lighting device which is turned on at all the time, within a cabinet.SOLUTION: A storage comprises: an accommodation case 9 which is put in and put out of a heat insulation container 2 by moving a front door 3 back and forth; and a light guide plate 24 longitudinally penetrating the front door 3 from a rear face side to a front face side of the front door 3, including a rear-face-side end 24a which is disposed oppositely to a lighting device 23 and exposed at the rear face side of the front door 3 and a front-face-side end 24b which is disposed lower than a position of the rear-face-side end 24a and exposed at the front face side of the front door 3, and being formed from a light-transmissible transparent resin member and provided in such a manner that a light of the lighting device 23 flowing from the rear-face-side end 24a is transmitted through the inside and visible in the front-face-side end 24b. Even without opening the front door 3, it can be confirmed at a glance at a front side of the outside of the storage that the storage (refrigerator 1) is being powered on and working.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
