PURPOSE: To enlarge the area of loading in an equipment for storage and delivery of an unpackaged material such as coal at the coal storage yard of a thermal power plant or the like, by providing trippers of two staclaimers between two rows of stockpiles so that the trippers extend toward the center of the yard.

CONSTITUTION: Two pairs of conveyors (3, 7), (4, 10) inverse to each other in the direction of conveyance of a material are provided between stockpiles (I, II), (III, IV) in two rows. The trippers 14aW17a of two pairs of staclaimers (14, 15), (16, 17), which are moved along the conveyors (3, 7), (4, 10), extend inwards as to a yard and the angle of swingability of booms is placed outwards as to the yard. The two pairs of staclaimers (14, 15), (16, 17) are utilized to sequentially load or deliver the material to or from the stockpiles (I, II), (III, IV).
