When the number of stored machines attains 50, a search is made for the nearest storage chamber H which remains empty, and they are moved to and stored in the chamber H together with the standby pallet SP. At carrying out, the manufacturer for the game machines P to be carried out is specified, and the positions of the applicable pallets SP and the chambers H storing them are displayed on a CRT 4, and among them the machines P to be actually carried out are specified by the unit of pallet SP and carried out. Storage management of used game machines P conducted by the unit of pallet SP in this manner allows eliminating the wastefulness of the storage space as much as practicable, and the storage management can be performed efficiently.
