A compressor 11 is started only in prescribed time M1 after stopping, a circulation fan 17 is stopped after being delayed from the stop of the compressor 11 by a prescribed time M3, and the delay time M3 of the circulation fan 17 is set shorter than the minimum stop time M1 of the compressor 11. Also, the operation is executed once per several times, when the compressor 11 stops. Then, the circulation fan 17 is driven intermittently at least once, until the compressor 11 is restarted. By increasing the relative working rate of the circulation fan 17, humidity can be maintained in the middle of low humidity and high humidity.
