Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage method for a kneaded rubber capable of preventing crush failure of the kneaded rubber, capable of reducing generation of loss in a rubber material production process, and capable of preventing occurrence of a tire in which bubbles generate inside.SOLUTION: There are provided a plurality of kneaded rubber storage methods comprising storing the block bodies of a kneaded rubber by stacking on a pallet in a plurality of stages. One of the methods comprises forming a loading body by stacking the block bodies in the plurality of stages so that the interspace contacting the outside air is formed between plural block bodies. Another method comprises forming the loading body by providing the interspace at the center of the loading body. There is also provided a storage method of the kneaded rubber comprising a butyl rubber for TBR.
