To prevent a stored liq. from flowing reversely and vibration and noises from being generated when the liq. is fed by separating a feeding pipe and the outside when the liq. flows toward into a tank main body and communicating the feeding pipe with the outside when the liq. flows toward the outside of the tank main body.
When city water flows in a feeding pipe 3 toward inside of a tank main body, an urging force is applied from a resistant plate 19 to a lever 15 in the counterclockwise direction. Each through-hole 12 is closed by pressing of a valve body 21. The city water is fed thereby in the tank main body through the feeding pipe 3 under a condition where air does not penetrate from a space part. When the city water flows reversely toward the outside of the tank in the feeding pipe 3 by syphon action of the feeding pipe 3, an urging force for rotating in the clockwise direction is applied from the resistant plate 19 to the lever 15. The valve body 21 is arranged at a position being separated from each through-hole 12 to open each through-hole 12. Air is introduced thereby into the feeding pipe 3 from the space part to prevent stored water in the tank main body from flowing reversely.
