Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a wire saw apparatus made easy to produce and assemble by simplifying the support mechanism of a wire delivery reel.
CONSTITUTION: Rotary shafts 43 are supported on an apparatus frame 23 through bearings 44 and the lower end flange parts of reels 22, 23 are supported on the large diameter parts 43a integrally formed to the upper end parts of the rotary shafts and the reels 22, 23 are fixed to the large diameter parts 43a by screws 47. The center axial lines 01, 02 of both reels 22, 23 are made mutually parallel in a vertical direction.
