To provide a storage unit which can be manufactured without requiring high precision and securely close an opening part of a container when the container is stored in a prescribed storage place by a lid body.

This storage unit is equipped with the main body 1, a container 2 movable for putting into/out of a storage space of the main body 1, a lid body 10 to open/close an opening part of the container 2, and a guide body 18 retained to the main body 1 side and to guide a guide body 18 to move the lid body in the opening/closing direction to the opening part. The guide body 18 guides the lid body 10 to move in the closing direction of the opening part as the container 2 is moved to be put into the storage space and guides the lid body 10 to move in the opening direction of the opening part as the container 2 is moved to be put out of the storage space. The guide body 18 is retained movable to the opening part in the opening/closing direction C in the main body 1 so that the container 2 can receive movement of the lid body 10 to the opening part in the opening/closing direction when the lid body is guided to move.
