To improve efficiency of store business.SOLUTION: A server device 10 communicates with various devices such as a POS terminal device 50 installed in a store and a clerk terminal device 30 or the like that accepts an operation of a clerk who is a staff member of the store, and can provide various types of functions from a plurality of function groups (communication function, merchandise function, security function, customer function, and clerk function). Further, the server device 10 provides the plurality of function groups in cooperation with each other. For example, the server device 10 receives sales information from the POS terminal device 50 and manages inventory by the merchandise function. This merchandise function cooperates with a bulletin board belonging to the communication function, and an inventory quantity is posted on the bulletin board and updated as appropriate.
