Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that impartment of store visiting incentive does not necessarily lead to increase of sales.
SOLUTION: This store visitor information management system has: a storefront terminal 10 inputted with member card information for recognizing a store visitor when the store visitor enters a store; an adjustment terminal 30 inputted with the same member card information for recognizing the store visitor performing adjustment when the store visitor whose member card information is inputted purchases a commodity and performs the adjustment; and a data storage terminal 20 storing the member card information from the storefront terminal 10, imparting the store visiting incentive to the store visitor when the member card information from the adjustment terminal 30 is detected in the stored member card information, and storing it as store visiting incentive information.
