This device is provided with at least the compressible fluid storage tank, a compressor, a compressible fluid supply nozzle, and a compressible fluid supply nozzle accessory device, and compresses compressible fluid discharged from the compressible fluid supply nozzle by the compressor and supplies the same to the compressible fluid storage tank. The compressible fluid supply nozzle has a rotary blade fixed on a rotation shaft and is provided with a nozzle discharging compressible fluid. The compressible fluid supply nozzle accessory device is provided with weights of which arrangement and weight are asymmetric on a rotary part rotatable at least around the rotation shaft. The rotation shaft of the compressible fluid supply nozzle and a rotation shaft of the compressible fluid supply nozzle accessory device is connected and interlocked.
