To provide a storing bag holding apparatus with a support structure and a box structure equipped with a storing bag holding tool for folding back and holding the open edge part of an open storing bag and the storing bag holding tool for holding the opening open edge part of the storing bag with various shapes and dimensions mounted on a bag holding body so as not to slip down and so as to be easily attached/detached.

The storing bag holding apparatus is equipped with the storing bag holding tool consisting of a space frame 4 for forming an inserting space 3 on which the open storing bag 1 is folded back and hooked, and a pressing member 5 in which a hollow swelled part is formed with a freely deformable elastic member in the space frame 4 on the upper part of the bag holding body 2 for opening and holding the upper face of the storing bag 1 so that the upper side is openable and a storing articles can be fed. The storing bag holding apparatus is equipped with the storing bag holding tool which presses and pinches the folded back part of the storing bag 1 inserted into the space frame 4 by a repulsive restoring force of the hollow swelled part of the pressing member 5 stored in the space frame 4, and holds the folded back point 1a of the storing bag by stretching the upper part of the bag holding body 2 against a reverse direction of slipping down.
