To re-utilize at low cost by composing of a cable receiving plate, a cable winding trunk with a notch, a collar passed in the core hole of the winding trunk and the cable protection along with spacer.
In a cable production spot, a cable receiving plate 1a assembled on a turn table and a cable winding trunk 1b are placed and winds the cable. The terminal treatment of cable both ends is applied and the terminal is stored in the terminal treating part, storing notch 1c of the cable winding trunk 1b. A collar 4 is inserted in the core hole of the cable winding trunk 1b and loaded on the cable protection along with spacer 2 and placed the other cable protection along with spacer 2 thereon. A whole body is tightened by an assembly bolt 3a and assembly nut and transported to the spot. In the spot, the assembly bolt 3a and assembly nut are removed and a cable is drawn out from the cable winding trunk 1b and laid. The cable receiving plate 1a, the cable winding trunk 1b, the cable protection along with spacer 2 and the collar 4 are collected and assembled and returned and re-utilized.
