Title:
STORING DEODORIZING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3515253
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tar from adhering to a heat storage layer of a heat storage chamber into which exhaust gas flows to cause clogging of the heat storage chamber when after the exhaust gas is preheated in a one heat storage chamber, the exhaust gas is directed to flow into a direct combustion chamber and is heated, and it is exhausted from the other heat storage chamber, and further the heat storage chambers are alternately and successively used for deodorizing processing.
SOLUTION: At least two heat storage layers (7u, 7d) on the upstream and downstream side with respect to the inflow direction of exhaust gas are formed in heat storage chambers (Ha to Hc), and purge air supply ducts (11a to 11c) are connected in each of which part of high temperature gas heated in a direct combustion chamber (3) is directed to directly flow into intermediate parts of the heat storage layers (7u, 7d) as purge air. Since there are connected purge air reflux ducts (12a to 12c) in which the purge air passing through the heat storage layer (7u) becoming an upstream side with respect to the inflow direction of the exhaust gas is refluxed upstream a fan (8) interposed on an inflow duct (4), once purge operation is performed, high temperature purge air is directly blown off from the purge air supply duct (11a to 11c) to the heat storage layer (7u), and tar adhering to the heat storage layer (7u) is vaporized and the heat storage layer (7u) is cleaned.
