PURPOSE: To perform automatic delivery of a continuous belt-like material, fed while a winder is being stopped, during a time between a stored state and a running-out state.

CONSTITUTION: In a storing device 110 provided with a hollow box type body having an intake part, a storing part, and a delivering part for a continuous belt-like material 102, intake of the continuous belt-like material is effected by means of a capstan roller 103 and a press roller 104 while the tension of the material is controlled. Delivery of the material to a winder, not shown in the figure, is effected in a state that the rapid change of the tension in the continuous belt-like material is relaxed and a double feed, a twist, and folding are prevented from occurring by means of rollers 107 and 111 for delivery and a stepped roller 108.
