A first flange 4 is fixed to the non-contact side of a skin contact part 1 applied to an excretion hole made in the human body , an outer bag body 10 is fitted to the non-contact side of a second flange 7 removable from the first flange 4, and an inner bag body 15 is stored inside the outer bag body 10 to be separable from the outer bag body. The outer bag body 10 is formed of non-water soluble film, and the inner bag body 15 is formed of a water soluble film, which is soluble or collapsible to water, and provided with an opening part 16 flared like a trumpet to pass the excreta.
