When a document is newly prepared in any one of the terminal equipments 1 and the document is loaded up to the document storing area 211 of the device 21, the terminal equipment 1 prepares the document attribute file of the document and the host device 2 stores the document in the area 211 (a), stores a document attribute file related to the document in the area 212 (b) and adds log information consisting of the preparation date information of the document and the document attribute file to the area 213 (c).
