Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storm water collector capable of preventing the of storm water from a water storage tank to the outside by surely maintaining the quantity of storm water stored in the water storage tank in a fixed quantity or less even when a cost is reduced, installation works are easy and the quantity of a rainfall is extrmely large.
SOLUTION: The storm water collector 1 has a connector 3 having a through- hole and being inserted into an opening formed to a leader 2, in which storm water flows down, and a water receiving section 4a inserted into the through- hole of the connector 3 and projected into the leader 2 at one end section. The storm water collector 1 has a feed water pipe 4 having an inflow port 4c at the other end section, a water storage tank 5, to which the inflow port 4c of the feed water pipr 4 is connected and into which storm water from the water receiving section 4a is flowed in from the inflow port 4c, and a valve mechanism 6 closing the inflow port 4c of the feed water pipe 4 when the quantity of water stored in the water storage tank 5 reaches a fixed quantity.
