Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in pot heating efficiency in a stove burner provided with an annular wall having a burner port on an outer circumference of a lower surface of a burner cap and an annular bank part formed at a position radially inward of the annular wall, and designed to prevent boiling-over water or soup from entering inward of the bank part.SOLUTION: A guide wall 32 is formed on a lower surface of a burner cap 3 to be suspended at a position radially inward of a bank part 26, and a guide surface 33 inclined upward in a radially outward direction is provided on a lower end of the guide wall 32 to be inserted into a space radially inward of the bank part 26 to form an air-mixture inlet passage between the bank part 26 and the guide surface 33. The guide surface 33 is formed such that an extension 33a of a generatrix of the guide surface 33 passes through a height equal to or smaller than a height of an upper edge 4a of an inner end portion of a burner port 4 opening in an inner circumferential surface of the annular wall 31.
