Title:
COOKING STOVE BURNER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017058080
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable secondary air to be assured even if the number of flame ports is increased so as to increase maximum fire power without increasing an outer diameter of a cooking stove burner or increasing its height.SOLUTION: A plurality of grooves are formed in a radial manner at either an upper surface of a burner body having a circular-ring shaped mixing chamber or a lower surface of a burner head installed at the burner body, the burner head is installed at the burner body to form a plurality of flame ports equally spaced apart at an outer peripheral surface of the burner head or the burner body while being communicated with the mixing chamber in a substantially horizontal direction. Then, the adjoining flame ports themselves cause the positions where the flames are formed to be made different in at least one of a radial direction and a vertical direction of the burner head. With this arrangement as above, the adjoining flames are hardly interfered to each other and a contact area between the flame in a peripheral direction at the burner head and secondary air is increased, so that even if the number of flame ports is increased and a spacing among the flame ports is made narrow, it is possible to keep secondary air and to restrict occurrence of incomplete combustion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
