Abstract:
To provide a saddle-riding type electric vehicle capable of improving maintainability when removing an in-wheel motor from a vehicle body.SOLUTION: A saddle-riding type electric vehicle has a motor (M), a battery (B) for supplying electric power to the motor (M), and a PCU (52) to which a high-voltage line (70) extending from the motor (M) is connected. In the saddle-riding type electric vehicle, the PCU (52) is arranged inside a storage box (40) provided below a seat (23). The storage box (40) is provided with a window portion (60a) through which a coupler (51a) provided at an end of the high-voltage line (70) can be inserted, and a lid (60) removable from the outside is attached to the window portion (60a). The window portion (60a) is provided on a side portion of the storage box (40).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
