A fender 58 includes openings 80L and R for making cushions 45L and R pass through, and covers 56L and R are disposed on a vehicle width direction out side from the openings 80L and R. Since the openings 80L and R are formed only at the fender 58, an opening dimension can be brought closer to an outer diameter of the cushions 45L and R after securing functionality of the cushions 45L and R. When the opening dimension is brought closer to the outer diameter of the cushions 45L and R, the clearance of the openings 80L and R and the cushions 45L and R is reduced, and the entry of the dust or the like into the fender 58 is suppressed. In addition, since the covers 56L and R are separated from the openings 80L and R, the shape of the covers 56L and R are freely set regardless of the openings 80L and R.
