To provide a straddle-type vehicle capable of allowing an antitheft device to be hardly brought into contact with a fastening member.
A head 108L of a bolt 77L is arranged between a rear side supporting member 74 provided on a vehicle body frame and a projecting part 35 of an intake box. Since an upper surface of the head 108L of the bolt 77 is covered with the projecting part 35, any access from the upper side is prevented by the projecting part 35, and the upper surface is hardly brought into contact with the head 108L. Since a lower surface of the head 108L is covered with the rear side supporting member 74, the access from the lower side is prevented by the rear side supporting member 74, and the lower surface is hardly brought into contact with the head 108L. Thus, in a straddle-type vehicle, an antitheft device is hardly brought into contact with the bolt 77L.
