Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce fluid lines and hydraulic parts, and to attain the rectilinear properties of travelling by elastically supporting the branching point of a connecting fluid line communicated with a pilot fluid line and a fluid line and a relief check valve installed between connecting points by a valve spring.
CONSTITUTION: When straight travelling is required, the pressure of pilot fluid lines Pi1-2 is raised. The rising pressure of the second pilot fluid line Pi2 forms pressure on the back pressure side of a relief check valve 29 at that time. Consequently, the pilot oil of the first pilot fluid line Pi1, avoiding the relief check valve 29, passes in a fluid line 25 to move the spool of a travelling straight valve 21. Travel motors TR, TL are supplied with the delivery flow rate of the first hydraulic pump P1 through the straight valve 21. Working- system actuators a-d, a'-c' are supplied with the delivery flow rate of the second hydraulic pump P2. Thereby, the travel motors TR, TL receive a working fluid by the single pump P1, and straight travelling can be maintained even when the working system is operated at the same time as travelling.
