Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably discharge a fluid in the straightened form along a circumferential surface in a fluid straightener by mounting a straightener type constant flow water saving valve device to a fluid discharging terminal end.
SOLUTION: After a spherical valve body 5 is put into a valve body 4, an upper stopper member 7 is secured to one end side 4a of the body 4 in axial direction thereof to form a liquid inlet port 8. The member 7 limits an axial movement of the valve body 5 stored in the body 4 and when pressure is exerted on a water saving valve 2 in an opposite direction, the member 7 will close the port 8 to prevent a reverse flow. And the valve body 4 includes, at a circumferential wall, four fluid radial openings 13 radially extending so as to intersect a cone-shaped valve seat surface 16, and the external wall of the valve body 4 is formed so as to inwardly tapered toward a fluid outlet port 9. A fluid from a liquid inlet port of the valve body is taken in along the circumference of the valve body 5 so as to be urged obliquely downwardly so that the liquid is surely discharged as a radial flow.
