Abstract:
To provide a correction technique for a hat-shaped steel sheet pile that can suppress deformation in a feeding direction and a width direction of the hat-shaped steel sheet pile.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for a hat-shaped steel sheet pile 100 serves to correct the hat-shaped steel sheet pile 100 including a web portion 101, a flange portion 102, an arm portion 103, and a joint portion 104 with rolls of a plurality of upper rolls 2 and a plurality of lower rolls 3 that are arranged in a zigzag shape. A roll radius RA of an arm portion rolling portion 10 that rolls the arm portion 103 under at least one upper roll 2 of the plurality of upper rolls 2 or at least one lower roll 3 of the plurality of lower rolls 3 is greater than a reference value N2 calculated based on an axial center position of the arm portion rolling portion 10 and a target shape of the hat-shaped steel sheet pile 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
