Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a long object piling up system comprising a straightening device for a long object and a loading device for alternately laminating an aticle, unsuited for clamping by a sucker pad, and an interposed object.
CONSTITUTION: In a straightening device, when a long object is accepted to an accepting part 2, it is rotated to load the long scaled object on a drawing member 9, thereafter to move it, and since the long scaled object, in a condition straightened in a plane shape, is loaded in a long object loading base 12, a quantity of the object is counted. Next in a loading device, the long scaled object, straightened in a prescribed quantity on a single plane, is clamped by a pair of hook-shaped pawl parts of a clamping head and conveyed by moving an arm. Next, an interposition object of corrugated fiberboard or the like is sucked by a sucker pad of the clamping head and conveyed to a loading position. This operation is repeated, to layer build the long object by interposing the interposition object.
