To provide a straightening device for a metal plate material capable of efficiently correcting the generation of a warp after processing even when forming many micro holes passing through an extremely thin plate, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the metal plate material.
The straightening device 55 for the metal plate material 51 by pressurization plastic deformation is provided with a straightening roller 56 formed with an uneven part at which recesses and protrusions are alternately repeatedly formed all over an outer circumferential part. The straightening device 55 straightens the metal plate material through transfer of the uneven shape of the uneven part to the surface of the metal plate material by rotating the straightening roller on the surface of the metal plate material while being in a press contact with the surface of metal plate material.
