PURPOSE: To simplify an adjustment in accordance with a thickness of a wire rod and a quality of material by providing bending materials which are projected alternately from the opposite directions and contact to the wire rod, between two members having a guide hole.

CONSTITUTION: A rotary member 1 is provided with bending members 51, 52 and 53 made of a resin between two members 41, 42 having a guide hole 3 of a metallic wire rod 2, and rotates through a bearing 12. The bending members 51, 52 are projected alternately from the opposite directions and installed to connecting members 81, 82 so that the tip contacts to the wire rod 2, and its projecting length is adjusted freely. The wire rod 2 led out of a bobbin 15 is wound once to one of guide rollers 16, passes through the guide hole 3 of the member 42 through between leather materials 17, and bent at the tip of the bending members 51, 52 and 53. Subsequently, it passes through the guide hole 3 of the member 41, and a through-hole 6 of a side plate 71, and it is drawn by a roller 18 and linearized. According to this method, the adjustment is simplified, and also generation of a flaw can be prevented.
