Abstract:
To make it possible to easily adjust an initial balance position of a crank shaft to a desired range by appropriately responding to changes over time during mass production.SOLUTION: An upper die 102 and a lower die 103 respectively have: a base part 2; a crank pin correction part 3 which stands up from the base part 2, and includes a pin correction face 35; a journal correction part 4 which stands up from the base part 2, and includes a journal correction face 45; and a counter-weight adjustment block 5 which is detachably fixed to the base part 2 between the crank pin correction part 3 and the journal correction part 4, and includes a counter-weight correction face 55. The counter-weight adjustment block 5 is detachably provided between a bottom surface 51 and the base part 2 via a spacer 6, and is so configured as to be capable of changing a positional relation among the counter-weight correction face 55, the pin correction face 35 and the journal correction face 45 by changing a thickness of the spacer 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
