To prevent clogging of a water discharge port due to trash and freezing during winter time by providing short partition plates in the inside of each water channel in which the inside of the water discharge port is divided by many partition plates.
This inside of a water discharge port 2 is partitioned by a partition plate 9a of which central side is like a cylinder to form each water channel 10a, 10b which is partitioned into many parts by radial partition plates 9b, 9c which are arranged alternately around it. The partition plate 9b has the length with covers whole length of the water discharge port 2 substantially. The partition plate 9c is positioned and provided in an innermost side of the water discharge port 2 and is set to comparatively short length at which water is not held in the water channel 10b partitioned by the partition plates 9b and 9c due to surface tension of water. Moreover, an edge part 11 of which tip corner part is cut is formed on a lower and face side of each partition plate 9a to 9c. Consequently 9a to 9c. Consequently, it is possible to partition the inside of the water discharge port 2 into minute parts to such extent that sufficient straightening effect is obtained by performing straightening by the partition plate 9a arranged on the central side thereof and the long and short partition plates 9b and 9c which are arranged radially around the partition plate 9a.
