Abstract:
To provide a strain gauge apparatus with a simple manufacturing process and high measurement accuracy.
The strain gauge apparatus includes a strain member 100, a metallic foil 200 arranged on the strain member 100, and metal wires W1-W3. In the system, the metallic foil 200 and the metal wires W1-W3 are connected by ultrasonic bonding.
