Abstract:
To provide a strain gauge capable of easily reducing an effect of an electromagnetic noise.SOLUTION: This strain guage is a strain guage that is mounted to a measuring object and detects a strain generated in the measuring object, includes a base material, a resistor formed on an upper surface of the base material, and a penetration electrode penetrating the base material from the upper surface to a lower surface. When the strain guage is mounted to the measuring object, the lower surface of the base material and the lower surface of the penetration electrode become a surface abutted to the measuring object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
