Abstract:
To provide a strain gauge that can increase the accuracy of detecting strains.SOLUTION: The strain gauge includes: a flexible base body; a resistor on the base material; and a pair of electrodes on the base material, which are electrically connected to the resistor by a wire. The wire electrically connects each terminal end of the resistor in the width direction of grids and each electrode. The wire includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer on the first metal layer, the second metal layer being formed of a lower resistant material than the first metal layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
