Title:
STRAIN SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS58195104
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce errors even if a temp. gradient is generated in a beam by connecting resistors for compensation of span temp. to the input side of a bridge circuit.

CONSTITUTION: A beam 1 formed with plural strain inducing parts 5, 6 between a stationary part 9 and a pressure receiving part 13 is provided, and plural strain gages R1WR4 are connected as a bridge circuit 16 to the parts 5, 6. Resistors Rs1, Rs2 for compensation of span temp. are provided to the part 9 and the part 13 respectively in the positions where the temp. average in both positions coincides with the temp. average between the strain inducing part 5 on the part 9 side and the strain inducing part 6 on the part 13 side. The resistors Rs1, Rs2 are connected respectively to the input side of the circuit 16.
